These metals enter plant organs and cause toxicity and endanger the food security of the consumers. One of the approaches for modification of these contaminated soils is application of zeolite. The aim of this research was investigation of the effect of natural zeolite on uptake of Cu and Mn from contaminated soils of war zones by wheat. The experiment was performed in a completely randomized design with three replications for each pot in research field of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz during 2015-16 crop season. Treatments were four levels of zeolite including: a1) zero, a2) 0.5%, a3) 1.5%, and a4) 2.5 percent of soil weight and two soil samples containing soils contaminated from front lines of war zones (b2) and uncontaminated soils (b1). Results showed that in contaminated soils of war zones, the concentrations of Mn and Cu increased in roots and shoots of wheat, significantly. Also, the application of higher amounts of zeolite significantly reduced the concentration of Cu and Mn and increased root and shoot dry weight.}, keywords = {Plant contamination,Heavy metals,Food security}, title_fa = {اثر زئولیت طبیعی بر جذب مس و منگنز توسط گندم در خاک‌های آلوده مناطق جنگی}, abstract_fa = {از محدودیتهای اصلی کشت گیاهان زراعی به خصوص گندم در خاکهای آلوده مناطق جنگی وجود غلظتهای بالای فلزات سنگین به خصوص منگنز و مس میباشد که با ورود به چرخه حیاتی گیاه باعث سمیت گیاه و به خطر انداختن امنیت غذایی جامعه میگردد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر زئولیت طبیعی بر جذب مس و منگنز خاک‌های آلوده مناطق جنگی توسط گندم میباشد. این آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار برای هر گلدان در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی اهواز در سال زراعی 95-1394 اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل چهار سطح زئولیت شامل: صفر (a1)، 5/0% (a2)، 5/1% (a3) و 5/2% (a4) از وزن خاک و دو سطح خاک شامل: خاک های آلوده مناطق جنگی مربوط به خط مقدم جبهه (b2) و سطح دیگر مربوط به خاک‌های بدون آلودگی(b1) پشت خط مقدم جبهه انجام پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که خاک های آلوده مناطق جنگی موجب افزایش معنی‌دار غلظت مس و منگنز در ریشه و اندام هوائی گندم شده بود. همچنین کاربرد مقادیر بیشتر زئولیت باعث کاهش معنی‌دار غلظت مس و منگنز و افزایش وزن خشک ریشه و اندام هوائی شد.}, keywords_fa = {آلودگی گیاه,فلزات سنگین,امنیت غذایی}, url = {https://srjournal.areeo.ac.ir/article_115839.html}, eprint = {https://srjournal.areeo.ac.ir/article_115839_2c0273680845f91dcac541afa3d64615.pdf} }
